We're conveniently located across the street from Novant Hospital on 17th Street, in the gray building behind Starbucks. We're open Monday through Saturday, and walk-ins are welcome until 30 minutes before closing. You can also schedule an appointment if you know when you'll be coming in.

DOT/CDL Physical (new or recertification)
